Even though Executive Search can succeed without hiring a candidate, such as when benchmarking, we pursue each assignment with the same focused effort to produce qualified and motivated candidates that will result in a successful hire.

Our staff employs the professionalism, tact and judgment from more than 25 years of experience and will accept only those assignments that we believe we can successfully complete.
EMPLOYMENT
In the unlikely event that within the first 6 months from the start date, a candidate hired from a Borton Wallace assignment voluntarily terminates employment without fault of the employer or is discharged for just cause, We will continue the search with no additional fee until another qualified candidate is hired. Out-of-pocket expenses will be billed as specified in the assignment agreement.
CHANGE
We recognize that the world of business is dynamic and endeavor to accommodate changes arising from client business conditions, objectives, organizational adjustments or the unexpected.
When changes do occur, we encourage timely communication to facilitate real time adjustment. Should circumstances warrant, our assignments can be canceled without financial penalty. Expenses and invested time will be prorated to that point and the assignment can be restarted within 60 days without a new retainer.
